Return & Refund Policy

1 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at our support channels.

Once an order is dispatched or marked Out for Delivery, it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept return requests at this stage.

2 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

2.1 Manufacturing Defect or Damage

If the product you received is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Not as described

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos/videos as evidence, and our team will review and initiate a replacement or return as per UAE consumer laws.

2.2 Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive a different product than what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

2.3 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • All tags, seals, and labels must remain intact
  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

Perfumes cannot be returned if opened, used, or sprayed — due to hygiene, safety, and quality-control regulations in the UAE.

3 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Promotional or free items

4 Refunds

4.1 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, subject to the policies of our bank and payment gateway.

4.2 Refund Timeline

Refund processing may take 7–14 working days, depending on the issuing bank.

For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, following verification.

5 Delivery Refusal

If a customer refuses delivery after the order is dispatched, it will be treated as an unsuccessful delivery, not a cancellation.

In such cases:

  • Delivery and return shipping fees may be deducted from the customer's refund (if applicable).

6 Product Quality Assurance

All BeKHAAS products undergo strict quality inspection and adhere to UAE safety and consumer standards. Perfumes are packed securely to avoid leakage or damage during transit.
